🕊️ How to Package Your Inclusions

A Guide for Sending Your Precious Materials to Yma O Hyd

To ensure your loved one’s inclusions (ashes or hair) reach us safely, please follow these steps carefully.

1. Quantity Needed

Ashes: We only require one level teaspoon per item of jewelry.

Hair/Fur: A small lock about 2–3cm long (roughly the width of a matchstick).

Equine mane/tail hair: Please provide at least 10cm if possible

Note: Any unused materials will be returned to you safely alongside your finished jewelry.

2. Secure Packaging

Double Bag: Place the inclusion into the small, clear grip-seal bag provided. Ensure it is sealed tightly. Place that bag inside the second grip-seal bag for extra security.

Labeling: Using a permanent marker or a sticky label, write the following on the outer bag:

Full Name

Order Number (found in your confirmation email)

3. The Envelope

Please use the padded / bubble-wrap envelope provided to prevent the bags from being pierced or crushed during transit.

Include a small note inside with your name and return address as an extra precaution.

4. Posting to Us

Use the prepaid postage envolope provided. Royal Mail Special Delivery. This provides tracking, insurance, and a signature upon delivery, ensuring your precious cargo is never left unattended.

5. What Happens Next?

As soon as your package arrives at our studio, we will send you a "Safe Arrival" email. Your inclusions will then be placed in our secure production queue, and we will begin the delicate process of creating your tribute.
